How Did I Get Into Rebounding?

I first came across rebounding from Tony Robbins. I saw that he was using it before he got on stage, after he got on stage and first thing in the morning, and thought well if he loves it so much maybe I should try it. So about 6 years ago I went on to Amazon, bought myself one of those cheap rebounders, and told myself that I was going to make a habit out of it. This was of course short-lived. Every time I bounced, I felt my spine compressing, and the only thing I was getting from it was disappointment.

Eventually, my rebounder broke, and it went into "early retirement" in my house. A few months ago though, YouTube served me a video about rebounding, and it reignited my curiosity. If I was going to commit, I was going to go all in and I didn't want to use one of those cheap, poorly made ones again.
